Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5300 Spec

Toshiba has made available a budget full-sized laptop as part of the Satellite series just in time for the Thanksgiving holidays.

Called the Satellite C655D-S5300, the Windows 7 notebook offers a 15.6-inch screen with a 1366x768 resolution, Fusion E-300 processor with integrated Radeon HD 6310 GPU, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, DVD drive and webcam. Connectivity options are a bit limited at only 2x USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet, wireless-n and VGA-out. 

Overall, the notebook weighs in at a hefty 2.49kg and is about 1.5 inches (3.81cm) thick. Battery life is expected to last 5 hours and 56 minutes, a little more than usual for budget 15.6-inch notebooks due to the low power AMD Fusion core.The Satellite C655D should be optimal for light users needing quick access to web browsing, word processing and email.
